LIMITED WARRANTY

When this BrüMate product is operated and maintained in accordance with written instructions attached to or furnished with the product, Focus Global Innovations Sdn. Bhd will pay for either (i) repair labor to correct defects in materials or workmanship that existed when this product was purchased or, (ii) at its sole and exclusive discretion, replace the appliance for a period of one year from the date of purchase. In the event that your appliance is replaced, the Limited Warranty on the replacement product will expire at the original date (i.e. 12 months from the original purchase date).

This Limited Warranty extends only to the original purchaser and use of BrüMate products in Malaysia. This warranty does not cover units that are bought or used outside of Malaysia.

Any modification or attempted modification to your product may interfere with the safe operation of the appliance and will void this Limited Warranty. This Limited Warranty does not apply in respect of any product or any part thereof that has been altered or modified from its factory settings unless such alterations or modifications were expressly authorized by a Focus Global Innovations Sdn. Bhd representative or by an Authorized Service Center representative.

For all valid warranty claims, Focus Global Innovations Sdn. Bhd guarantees servicing or replacement by utilizing the Return Service of our partner courier. If the buyer prefers to use express delivery services which can pick up and deliver at a specific date and time, additional shipping charges will apply. Such requests can only be accommodated from Monday to Friday (10 AM – 6 PM).

Manufacturing defects accompanied with photos and videos must be reported 30 days from the date of receipt of the order. Wrong orders accompanied with photos must be reported 7 days from the date of receipt of the order. Failure to report within the specified period will require an in-person evaluation at the Focus Global Innovations Sdn. Bhd head office, by appointment only. Any additional shipping charges related to warranty service shall be borne by the customer.

2. LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS

The liability of Focus Global Innovations Sdn. Bhd, if any, for any allegedly defective product or part shall in no circumstances exceed the purchase price of a comparable replacement product. 

This Limited Warranty does not cover:

1. Damage resulting from negligent use or misuse of the product, use contrary to the operating instructions, accident, neglect, normal wear and tear, failure to provide reasonable and necessary maintenance, disassembly, commercial use, or acts of God such as fire, flood, hurricanes, and tornadoes.

2. Repairs where your BrüMate product is used for other than normal, single-family household use or when it is used in a manner that is contrary to published user or operator instructions.

3. Use of unauthorized parts and accessories, or repairs to parts and systems resulting from unauthorized repairs or modifications made to this appliance by anyone other than an Authorized Service Center representative.

The cost of repair or replacement under these excluded circumstances shall be borne by the customer.

3. DISCLAIMER OF REPRESENTATIONS OUTSIDE OF WARRANTY

Focus Global Innovations Sdn. Bhd makes no representation about the quality, durability, or need for service or repair of this product other than the representations contained in this warranty.

4. LIMITATION OF REMEDIES; EXCLUSION OF Limitation of INCIDENTAL AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGE

Your sole and exclusive remedy under this limited warranty shall be product repair or replacement as provided herein. Focus Global Pte. Ltd. shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of the product or damages with respect to any economic loss, personal injury, loss of property, loss of revenues or profits, loss of enjoyment or use, costs of removal, installation or other consequential damages of whatsoever nature.
