Delivery Lead Times
After you place an order on our website, you can expect your delivery to arrive within 14 business days (No deliveries on Sunday & Public Holidays).
During sale periods, please expect a slight delay in our delivery times due to the high volume of orders.
We do not offer express shipping and we do not ship outside of Malaysia.

Shipping Fee:
We offer the following shipping rates:

West Malaysia: RM8 for 1 unit purchased, FREE shipping for 2 units & above.

East Malaysia: RM15 for 1 unit purchased, FREE shipping for 2 units & above.
All additional shipping charges for any reason such as returns are the responsibility of the buyer.
Additional shipping charges will also apply if the buyer would like the order to be delivered on a specific date and time as these will be handled by on-demand delivery services. Such requests can only be accommodated from Monday to Friday (9 AM – 6 PM).
Problems and Exceptions:
If an item is returned to Focus Global Innovations Sdn. Bhd. by the carrier for any reason other than our error, the buyer will be responsible for covering the shipping costs for both directions. Please verify the address to ensure that you have provided the correct address prior to placing your order.
If shipment is stolen or damaged due to delivery, please report the incident to Focus Global Innovations Sdn. Bhd. via email at customersupport@focusglobal.my and provide the order number for resolution.
